Centrally located between the Central Station, Capodichino Airport, Piazza Carlo III (soon to host the opening of an impressive new cultural hub, the Palazzo Fuga complex), and the historic center of Neapolis, the property serves as an essential reference point for quality cultural tourism in Naples and Campania. Situated on the second floor of an Art Nouveau building (without an elevator but easily accessible), the structure, adorned with reproductions of the famous Roman frescoes from Pompeii and Herculaneum, offers comfort and atmosphere for families of 4-5 people who wish to maintain their daily independence while exploring the city’s treasures and discovering its rhythms.

Nearby, you will find supermarkets, cafés, a bustling market, and shops of all kinds. Within walking distance are the MANN (National Archaeological Museum), the Botanical Garden, and the historic center (soon to include the immense Palazzo Fuga, currently under renovation with PNRR funding).

The house is equipped with a kitchenette, Wi-Fi, a smart TV with a Netflix subscription, a washer-dryer, air conditioning, and a small archaeological-tourist library. The personalized hospitality (offered in seven languages), expert support in planning itineraries, and food and wine recommendations, combined with affordable pricing, make “Teresina” an unmissable choice for your stay in Naples.
